We want you to be fully satisfied with your order — and we stand behind the quality of our products.
In the rare event that you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, we’ll happily offer a replacement or exchange.
Please email us at support@carol-tech.com with the following:
- A clear photo of the product laid flat on a well-lit surface
- A close-up of the damaged or incorrect area (if applicable)
- Your order number
🔁 Returns Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size/type/item
- “Changed my mind” reasons
- Buyer’s remorse
Only products that arrive damaged, malfunctioning, or incorrect are eligible for exchange.
🛑 Cancellations
Product Orders
You can edit or cancel your order using the link in your confirmation email — as long as it hasn’t gone out yet.
Once order ships, we can no longer modify or cancel your order. If there's a problem after delivery, you're covered by our quality guarantee.
Digital Products, Donations & Tips
All digital goods, donations, and tips are final and non-refundable once checkout is complete.
💸 Refunds
We don't issue refunds except in the case of a verified defective or incorrect product. If eligible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- PayPal: within 24 business hours
- Credit/Debit Card: within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank
🌍 International Orders
If you're ordering from outside the US, you may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on your country.
These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by you, if applicable. Check with your local customs office for more info.
